Responded to where I said the problem was and did not try to rush to a diagnosis/ plan but took it at my pace to stretch my back and relax the muscles so I could release the tension. I definitely helped my flexibility and reduced the pain. He took time to show me some stretches to do on my own and sent me helpful exercises.
